pilwin Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "pilwin", "Platform", "we", "us", "our" refers to the online casino and sports betting platform operated at pilwin.cam and its associated services.
• "Player", "User", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the pilwin platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created on the pilwin platform through the registration process.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to verified funds deposited by the Player and held in their pilwin account for wagering purposes.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits awarded by pilwin that are subject to applicable wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer identity verification process required for all real-money accounts on the pilwin platform.
• "PAGCOR" refers to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the Philippine government body responsible for regulating gaming activities.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to any real money stake placed on a game, event, or outcome available through the pilwin platform.
• "Winnings" refers to amounts credited to a Player's account as a result of a successful wager outcome.
• "Services" refers collectively to all games, betting markets, payment processing, customer support, and other features available through the pilwin platform.

By accessing the pilwin platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement in full, including all policies incorporated herein by reference including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the platform.

If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must not register an account and must immediately cease use of the pilwin platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.

pilwin reserves the right to require explicit re-acceptance of this Agreement at any time, particularly following material amendments. Failure to re-accept within a reasonable notified period may result in suspension of account access until acceptance is confirmed.

To register and maintain an active pilwin account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as mandated by PAGCOR and applicable Philippine law.
• You must be a natural person acting in your individual capacity. Corporate entities, partnerships, and organisations may not register accounts.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, consultant, or immediate family member of a pilwin employee, game studio partner, or payment service provider with which pilwin maintains a commercial relationship.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. Determining the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction is your sole responsibility.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order imposed by PAGCOR, any national gaming regulator, or any self-exclusion programme to which pilwin is a participating operator.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not have had a previous pilwin account closed or suspended for breach of these Terms.

pilwin reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts that fail to meet these requirements, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the breach.

To access real-money features of the pilwin platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. You represent and warrant that all information provided is truthful and that you will promptly update any information that changes after registration.

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on the pilwin platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or alias accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. pilwin employs technical measures to detect duplicate account creation.

KYC Verification Requirements: Before processing any withdrawal and in order to activate full account features, all players must complete the KYC verification process by submitting:

• A valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document (PhilSys National ID, driver's licence, passport, SSS/UMID card, or PRC card);
• Proof of address dated within the last three months where required;
• Source of funds documentation where requested for compliance review purposes;
• Any additional documentation reasonably requested by pilwin's compliance team.

pilwin's KYC process is undertaken in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR compliance requirements. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of balances pending compliance review.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your pilwin account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

pilwin will never request your account password through any channel, including email, SMS, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from pilwin that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

You must notify pilwin immediately upon becoming aware of any actual or suspected unauthorised access to your account by contacting support via the on-site live chat. Until such notification is received by pilwin, all transactions and wagers conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — remain your responsibility, except where pilwin's own negligence or security failure is the direct cause.

pilwin accepts deposits through the following approved payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Internet Banking, Metrobank Online, and supported cryptocurrency networks. pilwin reserves the right to add, remove, or modify available payment methods at any time.

The following conditions apply to all deposits made to a pilwin account:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱200 unless a higher minimum is specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
• All deposited funds must originate from payment accounts or instruments registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of credit.
• pilwin does not charge processing fees on standard deposits. Your payment provider may impose fees; consult your payment provider's terms for details.
• Deposits for the purpose of money laundering, fraud, or any unlawful financial activity are strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant Philippine authorities.
• pilwin reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be connected with fraudulent, unlawful, or prohibited activity.

Deposited funds that have not been wagered at least once may be subject to a processing review before withdrawal to prevent payment system abuse. pilwin will communicate any applicable conditions at the time of the first withdrawal request.

Withdrawal of real money balances from your pilwin account is subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal will be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified account held in your name, as determined by pilwin's compliance team.
• Any active Bonus Balance must meet its applicable wagering requirement before the corresponding winnings are eligible for withdrawal.
• pilwin aims to process GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within minutes during operational hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically completed within the same business day for requests submitted before 3:00 PM Philippine time.
• pilwin reserves the right to conduct additional security and compliance checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing time. Players will be notified if additional documentation is required.
• pilwin reserves the right to limit, delay, or refuse a withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

pilwin may, at its sole discretion, offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentive programmes to players. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the point of claim. In the event of conflict between the specific promotion terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General conditions applicable to all pilwin bonuses include:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible players with verified real-money accounts.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each promotion. Uncompleted bonus balances expire at the end of the validity period.
• pilwin reserves the right to determine which games contribute toward wagering requirements. Contribution percentages are disclosed in individual promotion terms.
• Where pilwin determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, systematic low-variance gameplay designed solely to clear wagering requirements, or coordinated bonus exploitation — pilwin reserves the right to void the bonus, associated winnings, and close the account.
• pilwin reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time.

All games available on the pilwin platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. In all cases, the following general gameplay terms apply:

• All casino games utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently tested and verified by accredited third-party testing laboratories. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are certified and disclosed per game.
• Once a wager has been confirmed and accepted by the pilwin system, it is final and cannot be cancelled, reversed, or amended.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, network interruption, or system error that materially affects the outcome of a game round, pilwin reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered stake to the Player's account.
• Game outcomes displayed on your screen are governed by the results recorded on pilwin's servers. In the event of any discrepancy between a result displayed on your device and the result recorded on pilwin's servers, the server record shall be the authoritative record.
• pilwin reserves the right to impose individual betting limits on any player at any time without providing a specific reason, in accordance with pilwin's risk management policies.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pilwin platform and constitute a material breach of this Agreement, entitling pilwin to immediately suspend or permanently close the relevant account(s) and forfeit all balances:

• Registration by any person under the age of 21 years, or permitting or facilitating access by a minor;
• Creating, operating, or knowingly benefiting from more than one pilwin account;
• Using fraudulent payment methods, stolen card details, or unauthorised payment accounts;
• Engaging in money laundering or any activity that constitutes a violation of applicable Philippine anti-money laundering law;
• Attempting to manipulate, hack, exploit, reverse-engineer, or otherwise circumvent any aspect of the pilwin platform, its games, RNG systems, or security infrastructure;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated cheating in any multiplayer game environment;
• Systematic exploitation of platform errors, software bugs, or game vulnerabilities to obtain an unintended advantage;
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to interact with the pilwin platform without express prior written consent;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or pilwin staff through any communication channel on the platform;
• Acting in breach of any applicable law in connection with your use of the pilwin platform.

pilwin is committed to operating a responsible gaming environment in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines and applicable Philippine law. The following responsible gaming provisions form an integral part of this Agreement.

Age Verification: pilwin strictly enforces the 21+ minimum age requirement. All accounts must pass KYC age verification before real-money features are accessible. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately closed and all funds therein will be dealt with in accordance with applicable law and PAGCOR guidance.

Player-Controlled Limits: Registered players may access the following responsible gaming tools at any time through their account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly caps on deposits. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Alerts: Configurable reminders based on cumulative session duration.

No content from the pilwin platform may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, published, modified, adapted, or otherwise commercially exploited without the prior written consent of pilwin. Scraping, systematic downloading, or extraction of content from the pilwin platform by automated means is strictly prohibited.

Your use of the pilwin platform does not grant you any ownership right, licence, or interest in any pilwin intellectual property beyond the limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pilwin's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — is limited to the total net deposits made to your account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pilwin shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials;
• Losses arising from service interruptions, technical malfunctions, or third-party network failures outside pilwin's reasonable control;
• The accuracy or completeness of information provided by third-party game studios;
• Your compliance or failure to comply with applicable law in your jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause limits pilwin's liability for death or personal injury caused by pilwin's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by pilwin, or for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

pilwin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any criminal conduct in connection with the account;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after request;
• Court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request;
• At the Player's own written request for account closure or self-exclusion;
• Discovery that the account holder is under 21 years of age;
• Any other reason for which pilwin, acting reasonably, determines that continued account operation is contrary to player safety, platform integrity, or regulatory compliance.

Upon account closure for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, following completion of any outstanding compliance reviews.

Where an account is closed due to a material breach of these Terms, including but not limited to fraud or underage gambling, pilwin reserves the right to withhold any balance pending a compliance review and, where applicable, to report the matter to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine authorities.

This Agreement, and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to it or your use of the pilwin platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

In the event of any dispute between you and pilwin, we encourage you to first contact the pilwin customer support team via on-site live chat or email so that an informal resolution can be sought. pilwin aims to resolve all player complaints promptly and fairly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable period, it may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms where applicable. Unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

pilwin reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pilwin will provide notice by one or more of the following means: email notification to your registered address, prominent notice on the platform, or an in-account notification upon next login.

Changes will take effect on the effective date stated in the amended Terms. Your continued use of the pilwin platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease use of the platform and may request account closure.

The version of these Terms currently in force is identified by the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page. The current version always supersedes all previous versions.
